  • This latest release is packed with new features that focus on ‘Intelligent Customer Engagement’. Key features are listed below:
      • Dynamics CRM App for Outlook – This new lightweight email tracking app makes it easy to track incoming or outgoing email and preview relevant CRM information right in your Inbox. This new App works across browsers, phones, tablets and Outlook for PC and Mac.
      • Excel Integration – CRM 2015 Update 1 introduced Excel Online functionality in CRM. The current release further improves on this awesome feature by allowing to view sales data in Excel templates, perform what-if-analysis, and upload changes, all from within CRM. In addition, export and analyse data in Excel in your mobile or tablet as well.
      • Document Generation – Building personalized sales documents based on CRM data just got easier with document generation. With one click you can easily generate a document from CRM using predefined Word and Excel templates.
      • OneDrive for Business – Access OneDrive for Business in CRM. Store private documents in OneDrive and shared documents in SharePoint.
      • Modern mobile client with offline support – The mobile CRM client now provides offline capability. In addition, modern UI controls like slider and calendar controls further improve the mobile experience.
      • Document Management for Phones and Tablets – View documents right in the CRM mobile apps. Open documents either in SharePoint or OneDrive for Buinsess from within the CRM mobile app!
      • Mobile Management – Manage any mobile device (laptops, phones, tablets) with Microsoft Intune.
      • Unified Service Desk 2.0 – USD is a must for service agents! For administrators and developers, this latest USD update provides an improved setup that includes prerequisite installation, an updated wizard, and unattended support, centralized auditing and diagnostics management and several additional features.
      • Knowledge Management – Turn customer feedback and issues into KB articles within CRM! Use the rich text editor to create and manage articles that can also include videos and images!
      • Field Services – FieldOne is now part of Dynamics CRM and offers robust Field Services capabilities that includes a mobile client specifically for service technicians who are on the road!
      • Power BI Service Dashboards – Interactive Power BI dashboard for Customer Service Managers!
      • Hybrid Server-side synchronization – Server side sync just got a lot better with ability to sync CRM Online and Exchange OnPremise!
      • CRM Web API – The CRM Web API is finally out of Preview and packed with rich capabilities for developers to customize CRM !
      • Data Loader Service – Import bulk data into CRM Online with the new Data Loader service. This service is useful for data migrations or when moving from another platform to Dynamics CRM Online!
      • No-code business rules – Business Analysts and other ‘non-developers’ can now define their own business logic for business rules, without coding!
      • Dynamics Marketing – SMS Marketing, Enhanced Email Marketing capabilities and several new features!
      • Social Engagement – Add custom sources via RSS, ‘auto’ detection of potential leads versus service cases, group collaboration, a new social center and and localization languages.
